use maya 0.0 u can paint onto the model 0.0 ... or u can export the model to photoshop (*.obj) and use it to paint on the model using the new 3d features i think blender has a paint feature too, but im not a blender fan so idk. ps texture forge is proably the best thing you will ever run into as far as creating dynamic textures on the spot 0.0 i think they still have a free 30 day trial. chasester

I FOUND A BUG !!!
the patch/automatic download does not work on win 64 bit systems 0.0 the exe can not be opened (path##.exe)

Variables in the config file like the sauerdir for example are often replaced by things involving patches. You can fix them with a command or by restoring the settings to default but it seems to happen randomly.
I also found a glitch that is very weird but not really urgent. I just wondered if this ever happened to anyone else. I had quad damage and a mortar and I hit a bot directly, and it became invunerable.

I FOUND A BUG !!! the patch/automatic download does not work on win 64 bit systems 0.0 the exe can not be opened (path##.exe) I'm working on improving the patch download system so that it downloads a zip/tarball and unpacks it automatically in the correct dir. I asked Ed to upload the patches in zip as well for now. Variables in the config file like the sauerdir for example are often replaced by things involving patches. As for the config issue, this is a buffer overflow bug that can happen randomly when updating from master. I've been tracking it for some time but I couldn't fix it because it doesn't happen very often. I'll see what I can do to fix it, but if happens again it would be helpful if you could send me the config file. And for the glitch this might be a division by zero or something like that. I'll try to have it fixed by time for the next patch.

Also with the bots, they behave differently when it happens, they only use the chainsaw and can't hurt you with it. They also stand in one place more than usual, but that is probably because I was on a map with no waypoints.

The buffer overflow was happening because the game wasn't allocating enough memory for these strings. It's been fixed now.
Also there's a new update system that can automatically install the update. Before starting the download you will get an option to "download and install with external tool", and if you choose to download it in-game at the end of the download you will get an option to "install" the update.

Players set on fire will still sometimes take no damage and keep burning until they respawn.

Sometimes when I turn the Bots off and have a Coop Editing Game, There will still be bots.

Not a bug but the vwep for the grenade launcher still looks like the old gl and Kosse Bot still uses the old model. The vwep still works with all player models and matches the hudweapon. I just posted it because all you have to do is copy and paste the old sauer gl, unlike other vwep problems.

Am I the only one who gets an fps drop from somebody firing a flamer or being on fire? I don't even have to be looking at the particles, it just happens. I'm only mentioning it because adjusting soft particle settings does nothing, it never used to happen, and I know you did some improvements to fire particles so they spin and expand.
Ever since the release with the glitch of being on fire permanently it's happened so I'm curious about it. Could just be my pc.

my guess is its nothing to do with the particles its self.. because if it was then it would have no problem when your looking away (saying that open gl would not worrie about rendering the particles, or updating them). Im running a i7 so processing is no problem for me, so i do not have this problem, but more than likely it is the dist test that is being ran for ever particle agnist every player/dynent. ie: if the particle gun is shooting for 5 seconds and puts out 10 particles every second, the flames last 7 seconds, and there are 10 player/dyent to test against (along with checking to see if the particle is hitting the ground, and other various test). This would be as follows: basically the longer you hold down the gun the more tests it hast to do. All these test are on your cpu, (which if you have an integrated graphics card, is already maxed out). God forbid that more than one person is holding it down 0.0 ;0 chasester
