As we draw closer to official launch this is gonna be the final months to implement new features before the games expansion (which we plan on doing every once and while.)
Let us know! Even if you would like something we already have added in game to be changed a bit. This game is all about being fun to play for everyone.

As far as nodemode goes we have a base game play which is close to the same idea. As far as what people use I'm not sure I use ingame chat but you could use vent or something similar if you wanted.
I also will talk to them about the radar in game. Most game play has maps but it doesn't show players just base and flags. Ill see if they can add it and maybe ammo and health dots.

Vehicles, not Drivable, just AI. Like tanks you have to fight.

Better idea, injuries. Maybe shots to the legs would slow you down or being hit in the arms would make your aim shaky. Theres lots of possibility there. You've already got headshots and improved hit detection, why not go even farther?

I have two Ideas:
1. Allowing the Player models to Crouch.
2. When Models like Boxes are hit with a Rocket/Grenade they move.

Here is an Idea, lets replace the Chainsaw with a Crowbar. Thats not too bad of an Idea I'm sure we can make something once all the other models are finished.

@crouching ez, well we would have to add the animation to all the player models ..from a coding pov its ease .. we just drop the camera location.z and then change the headpos() to be lowered when crouch = true .. obviously it may cause some interesting things it deems as "head shots" but every game has that problem ;p well just test enough to make it not happen so much

Are you planning and making zombies less similar and have some that behave differently like moving faster or attacking differently? The ones with pistols and rocket launchers are great and you have to go out of your way to kill them because they are a priority and they'll shoot you if you don't. What if there was a slow moving zombie with a sudden dash attack or something (might startle people the first time it happens ;D). It's interesting having a few different zombies thrown in with the rest.

We are currently in clear all bug mode so we can get the game ready for launch. But we will look into it for the future if not added now. Ed

Yes, something like Red Eclipse does, like change how many shots per bullet will come out, magazine size, if it will bounce or not, if it can be guided, if it will explode after impact.... pistol that shoots a eplosive bullet... But not for online play, offline only. This would give a LOT of replayability for Revelade Revolution in my opinion.

The game goes live Oct 31st so I think there should be enough time but also with our updates it shouldnt be an issues. We are hoping as the game gets closer to offical launch we will see an increase of returning players and new players. Ed

What if they could be used too add to the customization? You could make some modifications to the weapons of your class when you picked it. But you'd want to take some steps to ensure people can't make unbalanced weapons. If you added to a weapons firing speed for example than you'd have to take away from power or accuracy or blast radius before you could use it. So it would be like Red Eclipses variables except for it would be part of the gameplay without making things unbalanced and you wouldn't have to play on a modified server, it'd just be part of the experience.

one problem with allowing re's slew of infinate options is that some players (mostly noobs/casual gamers) will either get frustrated cuz they dont understand an option (or the fact that the same weapon does completely different things in different games) or the creator of the game sneaks in an option that some one didnt see (like gravity set to 0.1) then it ruins the game for every one. If we set it up inside the server.cfg this forces the owner of the server to be the only person that can modify major options, so if he wants gravity to be 0.1 and people dont wanna play that way then he will have no one on his server etc. so he will mos likely change it This stops trolls from ruining the game for people If we had a larger modeling team i would just suggest a slew of weapons all with slightly different stats, (something like tf2) giving you a buff for a debuff. :0
